Good food, exceptional service and marvellous view of town. Comfortable and easy location in the heart of the city, and large bedrooms. Based very close to the pretty La Orotava old town and the center of old town.

The hotel was beautifully kept, clean offered satisfactory breakfasts and had a stunning location in the historic quarter. Location: the venue was near to historical centre as well as center of building. Popped in Bar-Cafeteria mi Nino for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. I loved the decent sized room, and the pleasant view of the Orotava valley and El Teide. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was good.

Great choice for trip. Quirky hotel with nice view over the town and to the coastline, good restaurant. Separate rooms, sensational and satisfactory breakfast. Exceptional food selection.

It was an enjoyable stay, reasonably priced and good old place. The whole building was fairly clean and had a charming atmosphere. It was in the heart of La Orotava, and so close to Casa Lercaro Restaurant. My room was double superior and large, had a large bathroom. An electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and a personal safe were a very nice touch. All the staff was efficient and excellent, settled my issues.

it has a large bar and really helpful staff. it is nestled in the centre of the town, a couple of blocks away from carpet museum.

this time in la orotava, rural victoria truly exceeded expectations. the charming and well-maintained hotel, with its helpful staff and rooftop terrace, made our stay unforgettable.

Beautiful traditional building with tranquil feel and superb restaurant.

Charming historic building, around open courtyard, and stunning views over La Orotava town from the roof terrace. Small, intimate place with relatively few rooms was a million miles away from the large package hotels associated with some Tenerife resorts - lovely. And the food in the restaurant was absolutely superb - painstakingly cooked and presented.

rural victoria was a charming hotel in the heart of La Orotava. The staff was welcoming and the room was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and the location was perfect for exploring the town.

Long established hotel of character, built in the "balconied" style of old Oratava. Totally different to and slightly remote from modern Tenerife. The comfortable, spacious and well maintained, rooms (no more than a dozen in all), together with a hot breakfast, provided good value. And I have nothing but praise for the staff who were exceptional in their concern for the comfort of their guests.

Nothing too much trouble, a lovely experience, would consider staying here again. The rooms are well-appointed and neat, and are complete with the big bathroom, beautiful balcony, for instance. All in all they offer excellent service. Moreover, guests can use parking nearby.

Great bonus - bedroom on roof terrace with fabulous views. Room clean, tidy, with kettle and tea making facilities. Comfy bed, nice warm shower. Nice location in middle of charming old town. Friendly, attentive staff. Stunning view from roof terrace to sea and volcano. Centrally located in very old house with courtyard. Breakfast served in courtyard. Lovely view from rooftop of Orotava, Atlantic Ocean, and Mount Teide.
